2. Online Store Policy

• 2.1 Ordering and Payment:

  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Custom orders require a minimum of 3 days' notice.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not, please contact us immediately.

  • We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and Life'z-a-Cake gift cards.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

• 2.2 Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Regular orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.

  • Custom orders require a minimum of 3 days' notice for cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee applies to custom orders cancelled within this period.

  • To cancel an order, contact us via email or phone.

  • Refunds are available for defective products or products not as described, if requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Customized cakes and partially or fully consumed items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

• 2.3 Delivery and Pick-Up:

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery timing is scheduled at order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their cakes at the time of pick-up. Once picked up, Life'z-a-Cake is not liable for any damage during transportation.

  • By picking up your order, you acknowledge and accept the cake's quality and condition.

• 2.4 Quality Assurance and Returns:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

  • If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately.

3. License and Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise stated, Life'z-a-Cake Bakeshop and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website.

• You may access this website for your personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms.
